1.1     Is my credit card transaction safe and secure?

We have partnered with Paypal, Inc. for all our Credit Card processing, guaranteeing you a secure, reliable and trustworthy Order Processing experience.

1.2     How can I easily place my credit card order without a Paypal account?

From our Buy Now! page, you will be taken to the Paypal Checkout screen. Look for the Don't have a PayPal Account? section near the credit card logos and click "Continue".


1.3     Can I place my credit card order over the phone?

Yes, we are glad to accept your Credit Card order by phone. Simply call us at (855) 518-4600 during our business hours (9a-4p PST) and we will return your call and process your order as quickly as possible.

1.4     Will I be charged Sales Tax?

If you are shipping to a Washington State residence, you will be charged Sales Tax. Your rate of tax is calculated based on your zip code at Checkout. No other States will be charged Sales Tax.

1.5     What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with the performance of your ABoardBag, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your Order.

2.1     What are your Shipping Charges?

Each order placed will be charged a flat Shipping Charge of $6.99 per item.

2.2     How long will it take for my ABoardBag to ship to me?

About 3 business days: (1 day to process order; 2 days for Priority Mail delivery). Once we receive your order, we make every effort to get it or our Carrier within one Business Day. We ship all our orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail from Seattle, WA. Priority Mail ships within 2 business days to most U.S. locations.

2.3     Where is my Order?

Once your order has been place, you can use your Order Number to track the status of your Order here. Your Order Number can be found in the Confirmation Email you received after placing your order. Once we have shipped your order, you will be provided with a Delivery Confirmation tracking code for tracking your package delivery through USPS.

3.1     Will the ABoardBag fit my A-Board signs?

The ABoardBag is designed to comfortably fit 6 A-Boards, each measuring 24" x 24". The SlimSet is designed to hold 3 A-Boards in each bag.

We have found that most A-Board signs matche these dimensions. However, if your boards do not, please contact us at sales@aboardbags.com, providing your current signs' measurements and your location so that we may evaluate the need for our bags in your area.
